I was pleasantly surprised by how easily I could walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and enjoy the tranquility of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, making my stay truly enjoyable. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The location was perfect and peaceful, just a short walk to attractions. The room had a comfy bed and nice decor. I had a great stay overall!

Great location! You can easily walk to downtown Gatlinburg and nearby attractions. Our room was a Queen room with two queen beds, equipped with cable channels, a TV, hairdryer, and a tea/coffee maker. The outdoor pool and kids pool were nice, and breakfast was decent for the price.

Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast had great options including both cold and hot items that fueled our adventures in the nearby downtown area.

The pool area could use some cleaning.

Great Family Escape with Friendly Staff

We enjoyed five nights in a clean and spacious accessible King room. Justin, one of the staff members, ensured we had everything needed for my husband's medical needs and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread included various options like yogurt and fresh fruit, catering to dietary restrictions perfectly. Seeing bears nearby added to our adventure!

It was a proper fit for a short visit in Gatlinburg at a decent price. The small black bear visiting the property each morning was a fun surprise. Make sure to check out the pool area, but don’t expect it to be spotless.

i had a fantastic stay at clarion pointe downtown. the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the fun and food options in the area. one associate, justin, truly went above and beyond to help with my husband's medical needs, making sure our supplies were safe and delivered to our room. it was a lovely surprise to spot bears in the parking lot occasionally!

We had a great time! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with Nutella for waffles, and our room had a beautiful fireplace that added a cozy touch. The pool was a hit with the kids, despite a few issues!

Housekeeping was only available on request which I forgot to ask for. Limited parking was another issue.
